75 is a very optimistic guess I would say... The - close to literal - translation of goober would be "Taube Nuss" (aka numbskull ;)
You could make a couple of puns about the company he is with, too - and the slogan they have been using for ages: "Keine Sorge, Volksfuersorge" which basically means "no worries, volksf�rsorge"....
