Sorry, I don't know. I haven't had that problem (one of the few I
haven't had the pleasure of). It would most likely cause that last
error message in your mod_jk.log file though:
[jk_uri_worker_map.c (619)]: In jk_uri_worker_map_t::map_uri_to_worker, wrong
parameters
