HOWTO: Tomcat 4.0 + Apache

Hi all,

I would like to find information to install Tomcat 4.0 with apache!
It seems that I should use mod_webapp but it seems there is a bug when I
use TDK (NO RID error)

- Should I use mod_tk or mod_jserv? 
- Where can I find information about that?
