Hi , In general ppl had done Load testing more then 1000 users also. Even i had done the Load test on Tomcat with 200 Concurent user. and it worked properly. Performence of any server is directly proportional to Hardware configuration. Depending on ur application and hardware you can judge the No of user supported by ur tomcat server.
