Application scope variable initialize more than onece
in my web application that is running on tomcat 5.25
hello everybody
i use an application scope variable to connect to my
data base. every time when the application is loaded
for
the first time in the web application, it creates 5
connections to the data base. but in my tomcat
this application scope variable initialize more than
onece in no time difference. i use log4j to log
the main fact is that the same application is running
on jrun 3.1 also, but it has no such problem
for u r info i have included the log.
please look at the time of the log to understand the
problem

what is
[http-8080-Processor1],[http-8080-Processor2],
[http-8080-Processor3],[http-8080-Processor4]
is this tomcats different threads ??????
when the above increases (http-8080-Processor1 ,2 ,3)
then the variable also init according to it
please help me ............
