Howdy, I am using TC 5.0.27 under win2k pro Japanese version, When my IE request a web page that does not exist, the 404 page's characters are jumbled. I 'v seeking solutions for a long time and finally turn to this mailing list. Would anyone give me a hint?
BTW, TC 4.1.x does not have the problem.
