Hi all,
pleas i need some help.
I am playing arround with apache and tomcat now for nearly a week but i
can't get running what i need.
Basically i need some virtual hosts like: (10 all in all)
server1.mydomain.com
server2.mydomain.com
server3.mydomain.com
..
..
The only thing i need is JSP for all these sites (no servlets no nothing
only jsp)
But i don't want to put my jsp files in an extra folder.
I am able to do the folowing:
server.mydmain.com/site1
server.mydmain.com/site2
server.mydmain.com/site3
This works just fine with the following options in httpd.conf
Alias /site1 /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/site1
<Directory "/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/site1">
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
</Directory>
ApJServMount /site1/servlet /site1
and the corresponding: (in server.xml)
<Context path="/site1" docBase="/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/site1" debug="0"
reloadable="true" >
But that is not what i ant to do.
I need virtual hosts.
Is there any easy way to do this.
I have read in the documantation about ApJ on different port numbers.
But that seems to be very comlicated.
Ist't there a possibility to do the same in virtual hosts ?
And if I try to include an ApJServMount in the virtual host configuration i
get an error starting apache.
Can anyone give me a clue ?
I need this really urgent.
Thanks in advance
