Actually, the file does generate registry entries for the
tomcat instance. If you have not registry set up, and start
the tomcat once, change the iis_redirect.reg-auto to
iis_redirect.reg (delete -auto) and just double click on the
file, the registry will be set, with the correct data:)

Its not mentioned in the docs and I don't think it really helps you
set up the machine in question - it only writes out the current registry.
Its useful to get the machine working after a crash or reinstallation
affecting the registry, but it doesn't help you the first time - it just
shows you what you have in the registry.
