I've checked out the code for tldScanJar and I don't see it doing anything but opening an InputStream to the JAR using JarURLConnection - does this Java class try to extract the JAR somewhere?
This is on JDK 1.4.2_05, Tomcat 4.1.27, and WinXP SP2.
Any guidance would be much appreciated!!
