Client Session problem???

Hello, 

My programs are working Tomcat with Windows NT and it is using session.
Problem is that sometime a few users got NullPointException (Not all)
but when I test it by myself, it doesn't happen at all.
Can this problem be related with cookie setting on client browser?
(such as "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" or 
                "Allow per-session cookies")  
Any idea is appreciated.
