mod_jk2.so binary with httpd-2.0.46-40.ent

Can some one clarify for me if the mod_jk2.so binary 
(Suse-9.0-i386.tar.gz posted on the jakarta mirrors) 
will work with httpd-2.0.46-40.ent?
