Hi,

I do not have a manager element in my server.xml.
Thus, i use the default manager setting.
Is this mean that i HAVE to set this element?
And if so, how do i achieve the default behavior?
I.e.
will this configuration do the work?
 <context ....>
       <manager pathname="" className= org.apache.catalina.session.StandardManager
distributable="false" />
</context>

Hi,
Try setting pathname="" in the Manager declaration in server.xml. You
could also try setting an invalid pathname.
