Unterminated <@ page tag Issue

Greetings all.  I have a jsp running on Tomcat 5.0.12.  When this jsp
is called, I get the following exception:

Here is the page tag on my JSP:
<%@ page import="java.util.ArrayList", "com.gcc.creditclaim.CreditClaim"; %>

I believe that since I'm trying to import a custom class, that's why
the error is being tossed.  I did a google search for this issue, and
could only find results (and the one page is chineese):
