Hi, The diff patches are against the XML source of the docs, so yes you do need to go to the source repository (or download a Tomcat source distro). For online access to the source of the how-to's, see http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-tomcat-catalina/webapps/docs/.
