I din't find any reading on this topic, so it seems time to ask here. Sorry if I missed something obvious.
When our user types a password with german umlaut like ÃÃÃÃ, we just get crap in the tomcats JDBCRealm like
j_username=Umlaut&j_password=âÃâÃâ?â? called
The HTML encoding is set to UTF-8. So what are we missing ??? Help is highly appreciated. Regards Mark
