I heard that
Sun JDK can redistributed for commercial use with no changes.

If mentioned to Sun JDK,

Is lisence reason not that 
 unable to redestribute "full" JDK
but also that
 unable(or difficult) to extract part of JDK ?

(of course,  It is nice that we don't need worry about the JDK)
