If the app runs as expected, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you feel the urge to investigate further, create a simple test app the reproduces the problem I'll happily have a look at it to check what is going on.
I suspect (although I haven't looked at the code) the exception is occuring in 4.1.24 but is just not reported in the same way.

This is normal. Typically, it happens when the user clicks stop on their browser before the page has finished loading.
