Does This mean ,I cannot start/ stop the ServletContext for a
specific Web-app from within the code, ?
using Listeners ,Is is tpossible ,If so How.......... :{

by importing appropriate Package and code API's to make use of
foa a particular Context 'ABC ' which is already started.
