It seems that error is from tomcat, it appears in my log4j log only when i've set the swallowoutput="true" in context.
That's an even bigger indication that it's your application generating the messages, not Tomcat itself. When swallow output is enabled, any use of System.out or System.err by the application is redirected to the log.
