urgent help please

Hello all,
I need some urgent help from you guys.

I have tomcat 3.2.1 on solaris box. The problem is when start the server, my
context is not loading. I have a directory defined under webapps called at
and it has WEB-INF directory and web.xml

Please give me a quick reply if you know about this.
