tomcat 5.5 help

Problem with tomcat 5.5.

Application running on tomcat 5.0 is fine but when run on tomcat 5.5 alot of
problem appeared like noclassfound etc.

Why is it so ?

Anybody have the same problem ?

How to solve ?
