The Tomcat 3.3 developers have gone their own direction on server.xml
configuration, not caring to be compatible with either 3.2 or 4.0. There
are almost always mechanisms to achieve the same functionality
configuration, but the details of setting it up will be different.
For individual configuation questions on 4.0, you can check the
configuration docs (yes, we actually have some, and they are *mostly*
complete :-), or ask questions about those particular features.
