Thank you for your assistance.  I guess it was unclear to me because I am a 
complete newbie to Tomcat.  I read the statement I quoted and thought I needed 
to 1) Open server.xml, 2) Search for </Context>, 3) Ensure there is a </Host> 
after </Context>, 4) Insert XML between the two.  I could not execute these 
steps because </Context> does not exist in servers.xml, and so the document 
seemed completely wrong to me.  Now that I have your reassurance that it CAN 
work, and I have been poking around a bit more, I will go back and try to make 
it work.  I wish the documents were written so that it makes sense as per the 
brand new Tomcat installation.
