I'm iafraind I don't understand. Where should the line be?
I've done the following

<move todir="${tomcat-dbcp.home}/src/java/org/apache/tomcat/dbcp">
<fileset dir="${tomcat-dbcp.home}/src/java/org/apache/commons"/>
<fileset dir="${tomcat-dbcp.home}/src/java/org/apache/commons/">
<include name="**/*.java" />
</fileset>
</move>
But this is the result:
