How to capture tomact out put into the log file

Hi ,

I am running  a servlet on the following set up:

Apache 1.3.12
Tomcat 3.2.1
WinNt 4.0

Where i would like to capture Tomcat 3.2 console output into a log file.

How????

I would appreciate if anybody help me out in this matter...
