This is in web.xml for each web-application but the original question
was for an Apache directive. You can do it with the DirectoryIndex
directive in httpd.conf (or srm.conf or each <VirtualHost>
DirectoryIndex... </VirtualHost>).
It works for index.jsp index.xml, I never try for servlet/something ...
