Unless I misunderstand you still and your not really thinking of trying to run a non-servlet class in Tomcat... If you want to run a server-side java application you are pretty much limited to servlets, or JSP. If you want people to run java code on THEIR side (client side), you need to write an applet, or have then download your application and run it.
