Connection pooling can be done with the JDBC 2.0 Optional Package --
javax.sql.*. However, to use it you have to use the javax.sql.DataSource
interface and make your connection via JNDI. I haven't really looked into
it, because DbConnectionBroker is sufficient for my needs and is very simple
to use.
