Thanks for your reply. I stopped the apache server before I ran the tomcat.
But I still got the
errors in my last email. Following your instruction, I changed the port
number for tomcat to 8008.
After running tomcat again (I also changed the port number in server.xml
from 8080 to 8091 in
case another program is using it). Now I don't have the 'Address already in
use' message but the
following:

Please check your CLASSPATH and your installation.
Exception thrown was of type `java/io/IOException'
Message was `Bad file descriptor'


Any clue about this. Thanks.
