AW: how to set TOMCAT_OPTS

in the tomcat.sh there is where you should set them.

How do I set TOMCAT_OPTS in windows?
 
for example when I try to write:
 
SET TOMCAT_OPTS = -Dsomethig=something
 
because there is = sign twice on the right side I get the "syntax error"
 
please help.
