Virtual Host on specific port

Im trying to configure a new context run on specific
port.  On the server.xml I added a new context with
<Host name="XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1010> hoping it serve on
port 1010.  

Did I do it wrong cause this just doesnt work.
