differently to my previous statement the netstat list
accumulates several "TIME_WAIT" connects (between
127.0.0.1:103x and 127.0.0.1:8009, not 0.0.0.0 as
target endpoint) as well as several open sockets
("LISTENING") on 0.0.0.0:8009
