I've got about 50+ jsp pages and while i agree that this solution
works i was wondering if there is a way to tell tomcat to always add
thoses two headers to an HTTP response. (i don't want to do a <%@
include %> or a <jsp:include/>, that wouldn't by me anything.) Would a
catch-all servlet which added these two parameters and then forwarded
the request onwards work?
