Since you added some stuff to the source already, it maby a good idea to log
the arguments that are passed to the tomcat main when using tomcat.bat and
when using you system. Also you can review the differences in the
System.getProperties() and see what's lacking in you startup version.
It's a very interesting project you'r doing there.
