Reg ssl

Hi All,
        I have a problem reg. ssl.
while sending a huge amount of data thru' ssl, the server is unable to
receive it.
it throws ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException..
        so is there any constraint on the size of data to be sent thru ssl?
