Question about tomcat setup

Hello,

I've downloaded tomcat 3.2.2 on my redhat 7.1 machine.
However when i run sh startup.sh, i get this error:

FATAL: Java Bind Exception: address already in use.

I've setup my JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.3 ; export JAVA_HOME

Any ideas what i am missing here?

Apache has been installed and works.
