On my windows NT installation I had to resort to hardcoding the zip file
into the classpath. This was the only way it worked. There is probably a
correct way to do it. For example:
Location
C:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\lib\classes12.zip
and
CLASSPATH = ...;C:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\lib\classes12.zip
