FATAL : Java.lang.NullPointer.

Hi all,

Failed to loadLibrary()  ....i386/jni_connect.dll
FATAL: java.lang.NullPointerException
        at
org.apache.tomcat.service.JNIEndpointConnector.start<JNIEndpointconnector.ja
va:110>
        .
        .
        .

I've visited lots of sites about Tomcat-IIS - In Process. And many people
have the same problem.
But nobody answer.
I couldn't understand why?
(All the rules written in In-Process-Howto done)
