RE: foriegn characters turn to ? in database

Hi!

I have found out that Interbase has the best support for foreign characters.
You just create a database and just specify
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1250">
in JSP....
This work great, but it does lack some JDBC 2.0 functionality.
