A red arrow can be caused by three things:
1. A corrupt DLL file. This is very unlikely, but possible. If
you suspect this then try downloading the DLL again.
2. Badly configured IIS Filter. Make sure that the filter points
to the dll file. If you use the browse button and file chooser dialog to
select the dll file then this is not your problem
3. A bad entry in the registry. This is 99.999% of the problems
people have with IIS configuration. Double check capitalization and
spelling (including spaces) of all of your registry keys and values.
