Have you followed the Tomcat IIS HowTo document?

I have you exact configuration running on my notebook.
You need to have IIS load an ISAPI Filter DLL whose
source is a bit elusive. After receiving many corrupt
versions of the source and binaries I finally found a
good one. I think it was called
jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3-src.tar.gz. The
jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3-src.zip was corrupted as was
jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3.zip.

I'm hoping to find time to volunteer my time to change
the documentation.
