Serving files outside Tomcat directory

Hi!

If I want to serve JSP pages, I place them into
TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/ROOT/, right?

But I've got some HTML pages and files into another directory (outside
TOMCAT_HOME), wich I would like to serve with my Tomcat.

Does anybody know how must I configure Tomcat?
