tomcat 3.2.3 & apache 1.3.20 integartion problem in solaris 7

I got the source of jakarta-tomcat 3.2.3 (Solaris), could you pls help me to
compile the mod_jk.so.

What are the steps to be followed,


We need to integrate tomcat3.2.2 & apache 1.3.20.
