I've been using tomcat for a while now with no problems. I've recently run
into a problem that has me stumped.

I installed tomcat on an NT 4.0 (Service pack 5) server. I've verified
tomcat works. The server has approximately 10 ip addresses running as root
websites on IIS. The default website is disabled.

I have the isapi filter running on a specific site. I have my jakarta
virtual directory defined underneath this.

When I try to access http://myipaddress/examples/jsp/index.html , I get the
following error:

Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the
processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail
information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

When I look in my logs, I see the following:

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/3/Root/jakarta'. The error
was '80040154'

I'll admit I know very little about networking and administration (I'm a
developer). Any help would be really appreciated.
