Ok, I checked out the source again for
jakarta-tomcat-connectors/webapps and apr and now I get this error.

directory "{SRCDIR}/apr"
The apr does exist in my jakarta-tomcat-connectors/webapps
directory, so I'm not sure why it isn't finding it. It did yesterday :)
