I think it would be a good idea to include a link to 
the changes log or put it in the download directory
as a seperate file.
So would be easier to judge if a new release is worth 
downloading for a given problem.

(O.K you can get this always through the CVS access
 but this way would be easier)

The second Release Candidate for Tomcat 4.0 is now available.  Only
serious problems will be fixed between now and final release of
Tomcat 4.0, which is currently scheduled for September 17, 2001.
All "must deal with" bugs (other than those related to the mod_webapp
connector) have been fixed, although a few remaining bug reports are
currently being reviewed.

Please download this version and run your existing web applications
against it, to help us ensure a final release that is as trouble free
as possible.  The release is available at:
