Hi!
You need to have tools.jar in your classpath, you need the JDK1.2 or
JDK1.3 installed then you'll find tools.jar in
lib under the jdk installation.
This file need to be added to the CLASSPATH environment variable.
In unix if your jdk is installed under /usr/java
CLASSPATH=/usr/java/lib/tools.jar:$CLASSPATH
export CLASSPATH
