Hai ,
As far as jars such as soap.jar,xerces.jar i put them in the 'lib' of
the root directory.
For the user defined classes used for publishing a web service, I did it
by editing the catalina.bat and at line 71 appended the required
environment variables to the end
of the CP variable defined.
