first of all your syntax is wrong...
it should be like this :
out.println("<td><A HREF='http://localhost/adduser.jsp'>You have no account
here, please register one!</A></td>");
If it doesn't work then try with :
out.write("<td><A HREF='http://localhost/adduser.jsp'>You have no account
here, please register one!</A></td>");
this will definitely work..(even "out.println" also works...)
