Hi all! I'm a system administrator in a little company.
I'm working with Tomcat 3.2.3 in server Windows 2000 and RedHat 6.2 I'm preparing these two server to use an application that require an authentication. In Win 2k it's all OK! The configuration in RedHat doesn't go! If I tell http://localhost:8080/MyApp/ , start authentication mask, but doesn't accept user and password that I've insert in tomcat-user.xml ... but in Win2K it's All OK! There're particulars configuration for Tomcat? .. adn I must do this operation with apache (HELP ME!! :-( )... with IIS 4 now is OK!
